As one of the busiest tumescent liposuction physicians in the country, Dr. Kimberly Finder has performed over 4,000 tumescent anesthesia liposuction procedures during her career.

Dr. Finder personally performs all surgical procedures at The LipoSurgery Clinic in San Antonio.  Clients can save thousands of dollars, and eliminate the risks associated with general anesthesia, because she uses the tumescent method with local anesthesia.  This method eliminates the anesthesiologist fees and operating room expenses.
 
Dr. Finder founded The LipoSurgery Clinic in 1996 to specialize in women’s tumescent local anesthesia liposuction.  She was one of the first physicians in San Antonio to adopt the local anesthesia tumescent technique of liposuction, which was developed by fellow dermatologists.

Dr. Finder continues to stay at the forefront of liposuction surgery, adding SlimLipo™ laser-assisted liposuction to her practice in 2008.  She was one of the first physicians to adopt SlimLipo™ and is an adviser to Palomar Medical Technologies, manufacturer of SlimLipo™.

As well as performing liposuction, Dr. Finder offers cosmetic facial services.
